Reporting to the Head of IT you will initially solely focus on EDI mappings for incoming and outgoing messages to the ERP system. This will involve creating the mappings and liaising with customers when testing to make sure the messages work correctly. As the EDI customers come online and the EDI work subsides the jobholder will also be required to assist with ERP process improvements and end user support activities alongside other members of the IS team, additionally assisting the Head of IT with the introduction of new technologies, projects and systems.

⢠The mapping of incoming & outgoing EDI messages in to the ERP system (Epicor).
⢠Provide second-level user support for issues raised with Epicor and supporting systems.
⢠Set up new Epicor users/disable old Epicor users
